Nutter Butter Cookies

I took @rachaelsgoodeats recipe and changed a few things up

πŸ₯œ1/4 cup @barneybutter almond butter
πŸ₯œ1/4 cup @maisiejanessunshinecashew butter
πŸ₯œ1/4 cup maple syrup
πŸ₯œ 1 tsp honey
πŸ₯œ 1 tsp vanilla extract
πŸ₯œ 2 scoops of @vitalproteins collagen powder
πŸ₯œ1/8 tsp of baking soda
πŸ₯œ 3 shakes of cinnamon
πŸ₯œ 2/3 cup almond flour
– set oven to 350 degrees
– I added everything into a bowl and mixed until smooth
– take a spoon and scoop out big (or little) balls on parchment paper
– place two next to each other and smush them into a peanut πŸ₯œ shape
– take a fork and make hash marks #
– put in the oven for 12-14 minutes and let cool for 20
– take 1/4th cup nut butter, 1tbsp maple syrup and a 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds (optional) and mix to fill the inside of the cookie sandwich
– enjoy

These are seriously so easy and delicious and if you don’t believe me ask my coworkers who finished these in seconds.
