5 Ingredient Protein Packed Pancakes

I struggle getting enough protein in but who can struggle to eat this stack?! You can add vanilla, salt, collagen powder, jelly... really the list goes on. They would also taste delicious without the peanut butter and cinnamon if you like it extra simple. Plus you most likely have all these ingredients in your home.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4th cup oats

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 banana

  • a spoonful of peanut butter

  • cinnamon

dEATS:

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl or blender and cook on medium heat with olive oil.
