Berry Mango Smoothie

I am not usually a smoothie girl but as the days are getting warmer, I love enjoying them on my balcony. This one is super easy and most of the ingredients are frozen, which I know is helpful during the pandemic. Feel free to add protein powders, frozen cauliflower or even some spinach.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • handful of frozen mango

  • handful of frozen strawberries

  • 2 handfuls of blueberries

  • 1/2 cup of oat milk

How to:

  1. Blend ingredients and enjoy!
