BBQ Salmon

I struggle eating enough protein but I can have salmon every night for dinner. It is so yummy and easy to make a million different alternatives. These past two months I have been using this recipe every time it is that good! It is a super easy and quick recipe and uses ingredients you probably already have.


Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon filets

  • 2 tbs olive oil

  • 2 tbs brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

How to:

  1. Set oven to 475 F and place salmon on tray with tinfoil.

  2. In a small bowl mix all the ingredients.

  3. Top the mixture onto the salmon and cook anywhere from 6-12 minutes.
