Avocado Mango Smoothie Bowl

I usually don’t crave cold things but because it’s been hot lately I was craving a smoothie bowl this morning. Going slightly off my Avocado shake recipe to make this one I decided I want it to have a little more of a tropical taste so I decided on Mango. Let me know if you try it! It is also super filling and kept me full until lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana

  • 1/2 frozen Avocado

  • Handful of Frozen Mango

  • Handful of Blueberries

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 1 cup of Soy Milk

  • 1/4 cup of Granola

How to:

  1. Mix everything together in a blender except the granola.

  2. Put the Granola into the bowl and then pour the contents of the blender over.

  3. Add blueberries on top (and some optional edible flowers if you’re really trying to impress someone).

  4. Enjoy!
