Five Minute Greek Salad

This meal is honestly my go to when I am lacking inspiration. It is super simple, has few ingredients, and is always delicious. I personally LOVE mediterranean food and this helps me get my fix in. Plus I usually crave savory meals over sweet. This is how I make my salad but you can obviously feel free to play around to your preferences.

How to:

  1. Cut cucumber into chunks and the cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives in half.

  2. Throw Everything into a bowl and top with feta and ground pepper/ salt.

  3. Add quinoa and olive oil and mix.

  4. Enjoy!
