Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are pretty amazing especially given the fact they are super clean in ingredients and cater to a large range of eating preferences. The best part is the chocolate chips and the fact that these are hard to mess up! Caution: these will be finished almost imminently after baking… you may want to double the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Tahini

  • 6 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • A few shakes of Cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour

  • 1 cup Oats

  • 4 squares of a Hu Chocolate* bar

How to:

  1. Mix 1/3 cup tahini, 6tbsp maple syrup, and a few shakes of cinnamon in a bowl until combined.

  2. Add 1/2 cup of almond flour and 1 cup of oats (if gluten free use gluten free oats) and mix.

  3. Cut up chunks of Hu Kitchen* chocolate bars (I used 4 squares) and mix into batter. (Or use their baking chocolates).

  4. Put in oven preset to 350 on top of parchment paper for 10 min.

  5. Enjoy your vegan, dairy free, gluten free, cookies!
