Cauliflower Veggie Supreme Pizza

When I started this blog I wanted to learn how to eat healthier but I knew that did not mean leaving behind things I love. Pizza definitely is one of them and this healthy revision of pizza is so delicious I crave it this way more now especially because I LOVE veggies. It is so easy to make substitutes depending on your food preferences but since right now I am vegan I wanted to post the vegan version. Enjoy this mouth watering pizza!

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crust (I usually use TJ pizza crust as I’ve found other brands upset my stomach)

  • Miyokos Vegan Mozzarella (Doesn’t have to be this brand but this is by far my favorite)

  • Spinach

  • Kalamata Olive

  • 1 Bell Pepper (I used a flame bell pepper)

  • Onion

  • Pizza Sauce

How to:

  1. Follow the directions for the cauliflower crust. For the TJ brand you have to first cook it upside down in the oven.

  2. Take the crust out and flip to the right side. Add pizza sauce then chopped onion, bell pepper, spinach and kalamata olives. I usually add a ton of veggies but add as much as you please.

  3. Cut the vegan mozzarella into chunks and sprinkle around the pizza.

  4. Place back in the oven for around 10 minutes at 450 degrees.

  5. For 2-3 minutes put your oven on the broil setting if you want toppings slightly crispy.

  6. Enjoy!

  7. Optional: Top with CW Hemp Olive Oil CBD for some extra mental happiness.
