Greek Buddha Bowl

I am a huge advocate for buddha bowls. Basically they can just be whatever you have in your fridge all mixed together in a warm delicious bowl. Especially since I’ve been trying to eat mostly warm foods, this was the perfect solution. I honestly need to make this more often since its so easy and delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Onion

  • 1 Bell Pepper

  • 1 cup Shaved Brussel Sprouts

  • Frozen Whole Foods Brown Rice

  • 2 spoonfuls of Hummus

  • 1 Tbps Olive Oil

  • Kalamata Olives

  • 1 Tbsp Tahini

  • Handful of Sprouted Greens

  • 1 Tsp Hemp Seeds

How to:

  1. Dice the onion and bell pepper.

  2. Add the onion, pepper, and shaved brussle sprouts to a pan and sauté until desired liking.

  3. While the veggies are cooking, microwave the frozen brown rice,

  4. Once everything is done add into a bowl.

  5. Top with hummus, olive oil, kalamata olives, tahini, sprouted greens and hemp seeds.

  6. Mix and enjoy!
