Quick Breakfast Inspo: Yogurt Bowl

I am all for a quick breakfast to get you fueled but quickly out the door… read (I am not a morning person). This is one of my favorite things to eat after I wake up and it will keep me full until lunch. I also eat mine dairy free but obviously preferences are up to you! There are so many variations so have fun with it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Vanilla Dairy Free Yogurt (my favorite is So Delicious)

  • 1/2 cup Fruit of Choice (I went with blueberries and raspberries)

  • Granola (Kitch Fix is what I used here)

  • Chia Seeds

How to:

  1. Empty the yogurt into a bowl.

  2. Top with fruit, a handful of granola, and a spoonful of chia seeds.

  3. Mix and enjoy!

Optional: Add some of my vegan cookies to the bowl (see below).
