Red, White, and Blueberry Vegan Yogurt Bark

Happy Fourth of July! I am so happy the weather is perfect so that I can do all my favorite things today, especially a walk along Lake Michigan. After my walk I wanted something to cool off from the heat but still wanted to be festive so I came up with this! I have made this recipe before in a slight variation but I think this is perfect for anyone to enjoy as a fun and healthy snack. (Note: The blueberry vegan yogurt I used was more of a purple color than blue so you might want to go with cherry or something more on brand for the holiday).

Ingredients:

How to:

  1. Take two cups of So Delicious blueberry vegan yogurt and empty onto a wax paper lined plate.

  2. Spread it out evenly and top with blueberries, strawberries and granola.

  3. Freeze for at least an hour and remove when ready to eat.

  4. Remove the wax paper and cut into squares.

  5. Enjoy a healthy way to cool off this 4th!
